National Brain Research Centre (NBRC) is a major reserach institution and a deemed university of Government of India, It comes under Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology. The centre has a pool of major biological instrumentation systems, some of them have been created as National Facilities like National Neuroimaging Facility which includes FMRI, EEG systems and a new Centre of Excellence having a dedicated MEG facility. The centre also have a state-of-art 2-Photon Microscopy facility.
