Objective

Training and Placement Cell is to guide students to choose right career /pursuits and to give knowledge and aptitude to meet the requirements of the prospective organisations and the Industry.

Motive

• To assist students to develop/clarify their academic and career interests, and their short and long-term goals through individual counselling and group sessions.
• Maintaining and regularly updating the database of students. Maintaining database of organisations and establishing strategic links with them to encourage intake from NBRC.
• Gathering information about opportunities suitable students at NBRC.
• Coordinating with organisation to learn about their requirements and admission/recruitment procedures.
• Identifying the needs and expectations of the organisations to assist them in taking most suitable candidates from NBRC.
• Organizing pre-placement discussions/workshops/seminars for students.
• To depute/sponsor students for training which may be beneficial for their future studies/ employment.
• To provide resources and activities to facilitate the career planning process.
• To act as a link between students, alumni, and the employment community.
• To assist students in obtaining placement in reputed companies.
