Call for Student Volunteers - Workshop Support

We invite applications from up to 10 student volunteers to support the smooth conduct of the workshop through organizational and logistical assistance.

Benefits:

• A 25% waiver on the registration fee
• A Certificate of Appreciation for contributions

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Assist with registration and welcome participants
• Guide attendees and speakers to the appropriate venues
• Support the setup of lecture halls, audio-visual systems, and poster areas
• Distribute workshop materials (badges, handouts, certificates, etc.)
• Provide session support, including time-keeping and Q&A facilitation
• Coordinate tea/coffee/lunch breaks and oversee smooth logistics
• Offer general assistance to participants and organizers as needed
